Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows or no-calls may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur and will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
